"Appointment for my daughter"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Fracture Clinic

(as a parent/guardian),

We attended cah ED children’s for a follow up to review my daughter as she has injured her leg.

We were then referred to CAH OP fracture clinic the following day.

We arrived promptly and checked in at 10am, unfortunately we were not called into the room until 1pm, then finally seen at 1:15pm.

After a 5mins consultation we were told no one senior was available to review/make a decision so they would ring me later (which they did with the outcome. )

Staff were all very kind and caring but an update or reason why we were delayed for 3 hours  would have been appreciated

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations at your daughter's appointment. If you would be available to call me, I would like the opportunity to get some details from you to investigate this further.

Please contact me on 028375 60884.

Kind regards

Laura Murphy
