"Wonderful care & superb staff"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I rushed my son to the A&E department just after 3am on Saturday morning. He was suffering from extreme stomach cramps & was crying out with pain. He was attended to immediately & taken to the major incident area where the care was continued. The nursing staff on duty were incredibly compassionate & attentive. He was then sent to the Surgical Emergency Assessment Unit & was again examined by consultants. He was luckily discharged around 3pm after a final examination by a consultant. I could not be happier with the care my son received & thank all the nurses and doctors who were on duty that weekend.

Thank you so much for passing on your feedback regarding the great care/treatment your son received.

It is lovely when patients pass on things that went well and I will make sure to share your kind words with the department so the staff involved can be notified.

I wish your son a speedy recovery and wish you and your family all the best.

Kind regards
