My doctor told me to go to SWAH for to have x-ray on chest, he said he’d forward my notes and I could go any time that week. I went straight in down after doctors appointment and on arrival I checked in at desk!
I was called within 5 mins of checking in. The radiographer was very pleasant and made me feel very much at ease! The procedure lasted no more than 10 mins and I was told results would be forwarded to my GP within the next fortnight! I fully appreciated how all the staff treated me with dignity, care, compassion and professionalism.
