"Fracture clinic appointment"

We attended a fracture clinic appointment with an elderly relative who has dementia and lives in a care home.  The staff in the clinic treated her with the utmost respect and care and went out of their way to make us all feel comfortable and cared for particularly our relative.

The nurses in the clinic were exceptional and went to a lot of trouble despite the clinic being very busy. I became upset after a misunderstanding and felt very supported and the misunderstanding was very quickly sorted out.  We also had time with a wonderful physio who was very helpful showing us how to correctly fit a leg brace.  We just wanted to say thank you.
