My son had a sports injury and we visited a very busy emergency department in Belfast trust children’s hospital after 8pm.
What an amazing team in the Belfast trust hospital for sick children emergency department. Thanks to Karen on reception for her efficiency and ability to be so professional in such a busy department.
Thank you Lucy, our triage nurse, for her honesty with the waiting times and clear communication up front and her lovely manner to my son.
To the x-ray department who worked so efficiently despite the added pressure of broken equipment, and to our lovely doctor who gave the good news we could go home.
The team were very busy and despite this we were through our journey in just over 2.5 hours from arrival which was a really amazing team effort and much quicker than expected. Really appreciate you all.
