I was admitted for endoscopy procedure. Susan and Caroline were looking after me. These ladies laughed with all of the patients making everyone feel relaxed even if we were all nervous deep down.
They worked really well as a team and had such vast knowledge and understanding regarding endoscopy and took time to go over report.
All the nurses appeared to work really well together as a team. I will not let anyone say bad words regarding the NHS after the care and compassion I received on my admission.
