I arrived at the health centre feeling so anxious about having my coil removed due to previous negative experiences elsewhere. I am normally somebody who just gets on with things but this was a really big deal for me.
The doctor was so understanding and kind towards me. She explained everything to me before doing it and made me feel so reassured.
The procedure itself was much less scarier than I had anticipated. This is a fantastic service full of very compassionate staff and if anyone else is reading this nervous about coming here for whatever reason, don’t be! You are in great hands and the staff are all lovely!
