"I would encourage anyone struggling to reach out for help"

About: Community Mental Health Services / Support and recovery (Newry and Mourne)

(as a service user),

After struggling with my anxiety for years alone I finally reached out for help. I was referred to PMHCT in Daisy Hill and met with Sinead each week.

I have never felt more supported and understood and the care and compassion shown by Sinead and also her non judgemental very friendly down to earth attitude allowed me to open up fully.

I would encourage anyone struggling to reach out and get support.

The care I received was brilliant and Sinead most certainly made my experience better. She is an angel on earth and my thanks will never repay her kindness.
