"All the staff couldn't do enough for me"

About: Cloughreagh House

(as a service user),

I wasn't sure about going to Cloughreagh House as I imagined it would be a small, pokey room with two beds in it. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and that I didn't have to share.

All the staff couldn't do enough for me and were always pleasant and helpful. My Bedroom was cleaned every day. The choice of food was excellent and if I didn't like the choice on menu I was offered an alternative. Also the affect yo could close the door and speak to your relatives in private was brilliant this did not happen in the hospital.

The only thing that maybe improved on is maybe a few more toilets.

I received physio, which was excellent and they give me exercises to do as well which helped me get ready for my discharge home.
