"Very reassuring team at endoscopy"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I had a good experience at endoscopy unit in September. Everyone of staff were kind and thoughtful.

The scope was carried out by Dr Bates and her team who were very reassuring throughout. Thank you Peter for kindness. Everything was explained to me afterwards then staff on the ward were very attentive.

Overall good day! Thanks to patient transport also.
