"Online GP form"

Filled in the Ask GP for Advice section on the NHS app on several occasions. It used to be brilliant and you'd get a call back within 2 days, more often than not, the same day. But now, all you get back is a text to say you've been triaged and to click the link to make an appointment. There has never been an appointment available online since it's changed. Not once have I been able to book online. May as well just phone up and be left on hold for hours only to be told there are no appointments. As a person with anxiety related issues this does nothing to help me at all, just makes everything worse as I have explained on the form, if it is even read.
