My name is Ann Marie Conlon and I am the Falls Integrated Pathway Co-ordinator within the Western Health and Social Care Trust.

I'm sorry to read that your son sustained an injury following a fall from the bouncy castle.

I am pleased to read that he had a great experience of care provision with staff addressing his pain relief requirements, providing x-ray investigations and applying POP.

As an organisation we are committed to consistently show kindness, compassion, professionalism and respect to the patients we care for.

I hope that your son is making a good recovery at this time.

I'm not sure what age your son is but I would like to make you aware of the free council home safety visits which are available to parents with children under 5 years of age as well as people over 65 years of age.
