We requested a visit for an update on my mother, who suffers from dementia, by an O.T.
Bethany attended, she was extremely thorough, polite, professional and showed a great deal of empathy.
What pleased me the most was the follow up, she didn't just do the visit, she followed up and referred everything, she said she was going to do.
Excellent service.
The only downside, and this is nothing to do with Bethany, but from request to attendance took far longer than we anticipated, around 2 months.
