I was admitted as an emergency on the evening of 23rd December 2013. I had very prompt and professional care from all staff A&E and D9 staff I encountered during this distressing time. The nurses on ward D9 were particularly friendly, hard working, and always smiling. The on call doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me.Five star service from all. Many thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We were sorry to learn of your distressing time but of course were pleased that the care you received on D9 and from the Emergency Department was so good. We will be sure to let all of the staff know.
