"Exceptional Practice "

I’m writing this review today on behalf of our whole family to express gratitude for the care and attention Newbold Surgery , doctors, nurses pharmacists and reception staff have shown to my father who has dementia and mum as his full time carer. The support they have shown my mum during this difficult time has been exceptional, nothing has been too much trouble. In this time of constant pressures on our nhs and criticism of primary care services owing limited resources ( no fault of our wonderful colleagues) it’s so reassuring to see that there are still so many people out there who really do care and go above and beyond every day. With much gratitude and thanks.
