About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

The CBT service that was provided to me by Thurrock Inclusion has been one the best services I’ve experienced in a very long time. The process was very smoothly done with supportive members of staff who helped me through seamlessly. My therapist Joanne was exceptional, she helped me to understand how the process works to allow me to get a better understanding of what would work for me to improve my mental wellbeing. She was very professional and provided me with a lot of usual tips and practices to get me through in a matter of weeks. Thank you Joanne, you have definitely made an impact on my day to day journey with all of your help and support I am in a better place than I was.

We would like to thank you for taking your time to share about your experience with Inclusion Thurrock.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is a structure type of therapy that follows NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines.

I am glad to hear that you found the process smooth, and you found our staff members supportive.

It is nice to know that Joanne put at ease explaining how the therapy would work, and it seems you have developed a good therapeutic relationship with her, which is good foundation to achieve a good outcome in therapy.

We wish you all the best for the future. You should be very proud of the hard work you have put into therapy!
