Everything they have done for us has been outstanding Lucy has bent over backwards for my wife, quite a few items they have been out to see us and assess what we need. They supplied a new bed and new hoist which makes her a lot more comfortable, cant fault them at all.
Started off with rheumatoid arthritis, advanced to fluid on the brain, possible dementia, she had a fall at home and cut her wrist as she fell due to the previous hoist not being suitable, but the care has been great and they have bent over back wards to make both our lives better.
