"No country for old men"

The letter I received requiring me to attend a location I would find difficult to access telling me I require plastic surgery for a lesion that has been sampled but no results furnished is not good patient care and fills me with doubt and uncertainty.

I am sorry to learn of your disappointment with our service, clearly this is not what we would want for you. It is difficult for me to comment further without more detail of your case to know what has gone wrong and why.
