(as a service user),

GP had referred me for bloods for a GG & CHB clinic, but had heard nothing after 2 weeks.

I called in and Michelle on the Admin desk was very understanding & helpful and was able to offer me an appointment almost right away.

Alesha, the Nurse was friendly welcoming and made the process very easy and comfortable.

My thanks to them both for their help and making it all so easy.

I am delighted to hear that after an initial delay, that Michelle and Alesha were able to expedite matters and you were able to get an appointment for the required tests to be completed.

I can confirm that your lovely compliment has been passed to the team at Argyll & Bute and will be passed to the girls mentioned, including their line manager.

It is always a pleasure to receive such kind comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients.
