(as a service user),

I wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who looked after me when I came to A&E with a fast heart rate.

I received fantastic care with speed and I was particularly grateful to the lovely team on the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) ward - happy, smiley, helpful, caring - it’s just what you want when you’re feeling rubbish.

Also thank you to the nurses and consultants on the Victoria Ward - all super helpful and caring. Also to the team that makes endless cups of tea and does the cleaning! It all counts!

I don’t have a bad word to say about any of my experience. Thank you.
