I spent 10 hours in the a&e department a few days ago. Lengthly service as usual. Not once did I see a cleaner. Over 100 people using the same 2 toilets in the department.
36 hours after being in a&e, I’m very unwell with a tummy bug.
If the unit was clean and hygienic, I doubt this would happen.
"A&E is unclean and unkempt. "
