"Thank you so much for your help and support"

About: Quit your Way / Quit your way (community)

(as a service user),

Attending Vale Health Centre to get help to quit smoking. Louise is helpful, easy going, non judgemental and very supportive. Her advice and support is great and I look forward to our weekly chats.

The carbon monoxide machine keeps me on track, my results shocked me showing I had that poison in my system so its great to see it going down and keeps me motivated.

I have COPD and stopping smoking has really helped with this I am feeling so much better and haven't had to take any steroids for a while now. I had some problems at my pharmacy which Louise sorted out right away for me.

Thank you so much for your help and support, keep u the good work.

Dear 'Sheila78'

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback about the Quit Your Way Service. It is great to hear that you have managed to stop smoking using wonderful support from Louise and by accessing one of our community Pharmacies to get free pharmacotherapies.

Really well done for stopping smoking!

Being smokefree will really help with your COPD symptoms and its fantastic that you have manged to reduce your steriods.

I am the manager of the NHSGGC Tobacco Team and I will share your lovely feedback with the whole team and will personally thank Louise for her great support.

Best wishes

Lisa Buck
