(as the patient),

I was admitted as a day patient for a general anaesthetic to get a bladder check and urethra stretch. I was extremely well looked after from the minute I arrived at the hospital and would like to thank all staff who looked after me for their care, friendliness and professionalism. I got home later that same day and am now comfortable. Nice to be treated and looked after by extremely dedicated health service staff.
