"Great service"

(as the patient),

Had a doctor appointment today, the booking was really easy, did not have to wait long to get though and got an appointment within the timeslots I was available. Reception staff were great and helpful. 

The new phone system keeping you informed of where you are in the queue is great.  Did not wait long to see the doctor and she was really good. I had lots to cover and we managed to discuss everything I needed to.

Felt listened to and left with a positive experience from start to end. I think Crewe Medical does an excellent job, thank you all.
