About: University Hospital Monklands / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I attended University Monklands Hospital for ENT day surgery.

This was my first experience of having a operation. The nurses and staff were amazing, I had to wait most of the day for my operation, time went in quick as nurses kept coming in to see I was OK. I had to stay overnight. All I can say, if this is the standard of our NHS we have nothing to worry about.

Everyone was kind and professional, I felt no one could have done any more for me. Even the lady who gave me tea and my breakfast nothing was a bother. Nurses checked on me all night with a reassuring smile. Thank you to everyone and of course the surgeon and his team.
