The Inclusions team have been respectful and considerate at every meeting.
The main difference is that they have been supportive and prompted me to make my own decisions, rather than assuming that everyone has the same issues and ways it can be helped.
They haven't been overly forceful in trying to push me into groups or sessions and let me take things at a pace best suited to my own recovery!
