"Absolutely outstanding care for my daughter"

Absolutely outstanding care and treatment by all at the orthopaedic centre!

They all bent over backwards from her first appointment in July to get her cast to the day she got it removed! They done everything to make sure my daughter was relaxed and felt comfortable when she had broken her elbow after I told them about her having potential ASD and learning disability they all went right down to her level and I honestly couldn't ask for better staff!

To name a few some of her favourite people were, Stevie the cast man, Ryan in x ray and Tom the consultant! She had an amazing lady who helped with taking her to meet the x ray ladies before getting it but I cant remember her name - sorry

Honestly overall the best experience I've had

Thank you so very much for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback. I am so glad to read your little girl and you received excellent treatment within the department, I will be sure to pass this on to Stevie, Ryan, Tom and the wider team. It is very worrying and stressful when our most precious jewels, our children, hurt themselves. I am glad we made her experience relaxed and care delivery personal to her. Feedback is so valuable to how we deliver care, it gives us a platform to recognise what we are doing well and the opportunity to improve our service and practice so many thanks again.

I wish your little one well in her continued recovery.
