"It went well but no reply back for 4 weeks"

It all went good but I am still waiting for results 4 weeks later. This is unacceptable!

Thank you kindly. I have received a text with the results. I have tried contacting Kim to express gratitude to the whole team for responding kindly. Sometimes delays are inevitable, it's alright I understand. Many thanks
