I got an unexpected call of an offer of a radiology appointment for a scan, they were doing evening sessions.
The radiology doctor, Dr Craig, was excellent both in his manner and professionalism. He explained everything and provided some information on what was found.
It is so nice to meet a kind and caring member of staff, when not all have been this way in my experience.
High praise for him and his whole approach to the patient.
