Received another text yesterday about an appointment we did not have, and did not attend. I had been assured it wouldn’t happen again. I have had this number for 20 years so the explanation that someone else had the number previously seems unlikely.

I would like to apologise that you had received another text. When CAMHS attend meetings in relation to young people and family members are present the texts go out from a central base and this is out of our control.

I know that we had previously spoken following your last Care Opinion Story which you have included and if you receive another text please ignore and contact the Manager of the service who will speak with you directly - 02838360680.
