I attended an outpatient appointment at the Gynaecology department at Perth Royal Infirmary.
Sonia, the senior nurse and Catherine the student nurse were both excellent with me. I was anxious, embarrassed and very self-conscious, but they were both very professional, respected my dignity and kept me informed about the procedure.
They did their upmost to make me feel less ill at ease and uncomfortable, and a special mention to Sonia because she was absolutely brilliant.
