"Bad experience "

I got rib injury 3 weeks ago before today I visited emergency department twice they gave me pain killers both times which didn’t help me at all

I visited emergency department 3rd time today I reached there 12 o’clock and booked in around 12:20 don’t remember exact time can be 5 minutes later or earlier they sent me to go I waited there for 4 hours I had rib injury I was unable to sit and had breathing problem as well they gave pain killer again when I asked that it’s been 4 hours m waiting they said no you checked in 2 o’clock not 12 and gp wait time is 3-4 hours I was so stressed why they put 2 o’clock and I said check your cameras what time I came in she refused by saying I can’t check I can’t do anything you have to wait . My pain got worse that’s why I decided to go back to home then she said okay go home take painkiller .

That’s so annoying staff they don’t have any answer to our questions just say don’t know or can’t do anything

My pain is still worse it’s been 3 weeks they didn’t do any scan or X-rays even I have hard breathing all the time . I don’t know why we are paying for health insurance if we can’t get treatments after that I came back home after whole day spending there…
