I luckily rarely go to my Gp but experienced a concerning health issue and was even and taken seriously by the doctor I was fast tracked to the hospital and given a quick blood test and prompt future appointments . My results were explained promptly and clearly to me .
Every single member of staff I dealt with from reception ,to a nurse and the lady who did my bloods went above and beyond .
