"Easy to get appointment "

I visited with my mother . I called morning and the wait on the phone was too long so I pressed for the call back option which is fantastic as you are not waiting in the queue

I got callback from the receptionist she asked why we need to see the Dr and offered appointment

We got a double appointment because we had more than one problem to discuss with Go

My mom got seen by the female Gp

She was excellent , she took her time and spoke to my mother land asked question not just me because I am her carer

The Gp referred my mom for urgent blood test and referral

We got blood test in the same visit

They offered this because it is easier than bring mother out again

Nurse was very gentle with mom when taking bloods and Bp and given flu injection so we dont have to book again

The staff are very helpful everytime I call and never have problem to see the Gp
