"Brilliant flu jab"

Today I came in for a flu jab with a nurse (I'm unsure if I can give a name but hopefully you can match their name with my appointment)

I'm very anxious when it comes to needles, both blood tests and injections. But this nurse was superb, when I said I just wanted it over and done with she understood what I meant - no patronising distraction tactics that made me hyperfixate even more. It was extremely quick and relatively painless, I'd come back to her for all injections if I could!

She had a lovely vibe and even offered me relaxing music - I believe she truly understands how people with a fear of needles benefit with different environments.

I've never been so pleased after a jab, so huge praise and thanks to this nurse - you're amazing!!
