"Care given to my Mum"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (Ward 2)

(as a carer),

My mum was taken into Royal Alexandria Hospital in Paisley due to a bad fall at home. After assessment at the A & E Department who were magnificent with care, timing and efficiency my Mum was taken up to Ward 2 where she was taken care of by a lovely nurse called Courtney, she was just great with mum particularly when it was discovered that mum had an infection which was making her confused, she was quickly put on antibiotics. Thanks so much for taking good care of my precious wee mum. You guys don't get paid enough.

Dear charatx73

Thank you for taking the time to post yours and your Mum's experience of our A&E and Acute Medical Unit (Ward 2). The words you use are so kind and will be appreciated by the whole team.

I will make sure Courtney sees your post. I'm sure she will be totally chuffed.

Wishing your Mum well on her recovery from the infection.

Gerry
