"Made me feel like I was being listened to."

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / General Medicine ( wards G North, G South, J North, J South & L South)

(as the patient),

I have been struggling with sever migraines over the last 8 weeks. I have been back and forth with my registered Gp. On my visit today at Inverclyde royal hospital (MAU) I was provided a jag and also some migraine tablets.

I was in the MAU department. Dr Claire was absolutely amazing from the minute I got admitted she made me feel like I was being listened to. She made me smile and made me feel valued.
