I would like to thank every single member of Gardner Ward and the Operating Theatre staff. They were so polite,friendly, made me totally at ease, and very professional throughout my one day stay.

I would also like to thank both the surgeons that carried out the surgery, l cannot express enough the change you have made, thank you.

I would like to express my deep gratitude and my appreciation to every member of staff and the surgeons .

Can you please ensure that this message is passed on to Gardner Ward, the Theatre staff and both the surgeons.

The Trust works hard to provide all patients with high standards of care, and therefore we are delighted to read this has been your recent experience.

It can undoubtedly be a worrying time for patients prior to surgery, and so it is reassuring to read you found staff to be polite and professional as this clearly helped to put you at ease.
