"What a wonderful group of people"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as a service user),

I have recently been in for plastic surgery.

I was taken to ward 47 to stay overnight and have to say what a wonderful group of people in there, from domestic staff to nursing staff nothing was too much for them.

From checking if I needed pain medication to changing dressings and having my room cleaned, they were all so so nice and chatty.

I hope I don't see you all again but your all so nice. Thank You.

Thank you for taking the time to give such positive feedback. I am glad you had a good experience during your stay and I hope you are recovering well. I will share your kind comments with the Team in Wd 47.

Kind regards
