About: Borders General Hospital / Dermatology Borders General Practices

(as a service user),

I recently received an excellent service from all within the NHS.  From my initial completion of E consult to my GP to seeing a dermatologist surgeon.

The process only took four weeks, with the mole being removed recently by Dr Tilston.  He was the consummate  professional who showed genuine interest in me and in delivering quality services generally.  

I had previously had a very poor service from dermatology so wanted to acknowledge significant difference this time around.  Well done NHS Borders at looking at creative solutions to very difficult resource problems.
