About: General Practices in NHS Highland

(as a service user),

Got same day appointment with GP, Dr Brennan was very helpful and supportive and treated me as an individual, and I felt I was being cared for. Follow up with Dr Hall was very similar.

Reception staff at the practice were also extremely helpful and not at all the negative stereotype we hear so much about.

It is always a pleasure to receive such kind comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their attitude towards patients.
