"Vision not clear after two months"

Had cataract surgery on both my eys first on my right and next on my left. I have no complaints about the doctors and the other staffs but my vision is not nor mal on both eyes specially on the left. Tears run down constantly and have a feeling that my left eye is water clogged. Also have eye bags under both eyes post surgery which I didn’t have before surgery. I am a diabetic and have hypothyroidism so worried the surgery has affected my health. Also never had any post surgery phone calls from them. I want my problem to be solved as soon as possible as it puts me into depression and in very low mental state
