I recently attended for a hysteroscopy.

I appreciated the initial contact from the consultant and leaflets, it made an enormous difference in preparing me for my appointment and hopefully helped efficiency.

This morning from the friendly helpful receptionist to every member of this exceptional team led by their Consultant, I was made to feel valued, I was totally informed about what was happening, and reassured.

Clearly the team respected each other and were keen to involve their patients, they listened to me and made me feel relaxed.

Careful explanations were given at all stages, and a professional from another team was included to provide me with a comprehensive service.

This is of particular value in this rural County where endless travel can be expensive and sometimes challenging.
