About: St Lukes Hospital (Bradford)

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I contacted the Access & information service on two different occasions.

During both phone calls with Leanne and Louise, staff were very pleasant, supportive and understanding, in making appropriate onward referrals. The whole process went very smoothly which helped with my anxiety.

I would have no hesitation in recommending or contacting the service should the need arise in the future.
