"Such a nice surprise!"

Triaged in a&e immediately. Sent to minor unit now in mobile trailers outside and was seen within 15 minutes by the loveliest male doctor (not sure I'm allowed to say his name?) But honestly, he listened, explained, understood and helped! Thank you! Exactly how things should be done.

I knew it wasn't an "emergency" as such, but needed to be seen that day, and for once, it was quick and efficient. Thank you!

Wish I could give a direct review to the male doctor himself, as my husband and I left both commenting what a lovely man he was and how we wished he could be our full time doctor!
