"The utmost professionalism and courtesy"

I was seen recently by Joanne in the cardiology department for an echo scan of my heart. She did this with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, and was very well humoured as well.

We had a lovely chat all about family and had a good laugh. She made my whole experience pleasant, talking me through what she was doing and what next steps would be. 

We’re all too quick to criticise the NHS, however, I have nothing but admiration for your staff who work tirelessly to deliver such incredible service for their patients. Thank you, Joanne.
