"A brilliant team"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Surgery (wards 19, 20, 24, 26 &29) Royal Alexandra Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit (MAU)

(as a service user),

I was recently admitted initially to MAU at RAH it was extremely busy and the staff were under intense pressure. Jenn was amazing with me as always, making sure I was calm and kept up-to-date and Lucy on the nightshift was amazing as well even though she was run off her feet. Every other member of staff was also great, I can't name them all.

I was moved to Ward 20 and Mr Gabr and the whole team there were brilliant. I took an allergic reaction and they were quick to respond. 1 student nurse in particular, whose name I've forgotten, noticed quickly and everyone who dealt with it was great as were all the staff during my admission.
