"I felt fobbed off"

Member of staff I spoke to was no help at all, very patronising. Unfortunately I’ve came into a little rough spot and was unable to get my antidepressants which had ran out till I was paid which was over a week away.

The member of staff was no help, offered no alternatives, next time I could see a Mental Health nurse practitioner was over a month away.

I was suffering with mental health and they didn't help me because I didn't have the money to pay, yes it’s only 10.00 but if I cannot afford it are they just going to let me suffer till I can?

This is not the first time I've felt fobbed off by them (even in my own appointment time I feel like they’ve rushed me). I’m considering transferring to another surgery..
