"Made me feel at ease"

About: West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (Yorkhill) / Orthopaedics West Glasgow Ambulatory Care Hospital (Yorkhill) / Xrays and Scans (Radiology)

(as the patient),

I recently had an appointment at the Fracture Clinic.

I had an X Ray and the technicians were really friendly.

I was then seen by Dr Thornhill.

He explained my x ray and the next step forward.

He is so professional and made me feel at ease.

This service I received shows me the best of the NHS.

Hi Anna61

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback after your recent Fracture Clinic appointment at West Glasgow ACH.

It's great to hear that the staff were friendly and gave you clear explanations about your care, especially Dr Thornhill.

The fracture clinics are usually very busy and the clinic staff work very hard to ensure appointments run smoothly. I will share your kind feedback with the outpatient and x-ray department teams.

With best wishes for your ongoing recovery.

kind regards

Morag Busby, Lead Nurse Trauma and Orthopaedics
