"Moving to my new home"

About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as a service user),

ICATT south helped me move to my new home. I have lived in hospital most of my life and I am now living in supported living. I can do my own things and have minimal staff support. I am also going on holiday soon. First time in a long time.

Liane supported me in my last hospital placement and she now works for ICATT and has helped me move to my new place. Tony helped with any problems i had when i first moved in.
